We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you encounter a quality issue within 14 days of receipt, we offer a Free Return and will replace the item with a new one.
You must provide video proof of the defect. The returned item must include original packing and all accessories.
Defective Products: We cover the return shipping cost for items with manufacturing defects confirmed by our team.
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., ordered wrong voltage or size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
